SDR Autopilot Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-09-09

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, connecting a domain, or otherwise using SDR Autopilot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

SDR Autopilot is an AI-run outbound go-to-market agent: it researches a company and its market, proposes ideal-customer segments, discovers and enriches prospects (including email and domain checks such as format, disposable-domain, and MX lookups — not a guarantee that a mailbox exists or that mail will land in the inbox), drafts personalized outreach, sends within plan capacity on paid plans, and surfaces replies in a shared inbox. You remain responsible for the offer, targeting, and messaging your account sends, even when Autopilot generates it on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are for a single company or organization unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Plans, capacity & billing

The Service is offered on a Free Explore plan and paid Founder and Growth subscriptions. Retail pricing is by new prospects reached per billing period (included capacity on paid plans, with optional additional capacity available via top-up at the per-prospect rates shown in the product). Top-up capacity applies only to the current billing period and does not roll over. Follow-ups to an already-reached prospect do not consume additional prospect capacity. Free Explore lets you analyze a product, preview ICPs and outreach, and explore the workflow without a card; Free Explore does not send email and does not expose raw prospect identities.

Paid plans are billed periodically through our payment processor (Stripe when configured). Charges already collected for a completed billing period or consumed top-up capacity are non-refundable except where required by law. We may pause new first-touch sending if a charge fails and the account remains past due. Internal daily spend caps shown in the product (in cents) are safety budgets for estimated vendor actions — they are not the retail subscription or prospect-capacity price.

5. Acceptable use & anti-spam

You are the sender-of-record for every email your account sends, and you're responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam and privacy law — including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and the ePrivacy Directive — for every recipient you target.

  • Only target contacts you have a lawful basis to email.
  • Honor unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly; never re-enroll a suppressed contact.
  • Don't use purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-consensual bulk lists in violation of law.
  • Don't use the Service to send deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing messages, or to impersonate anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that puts other users, recipients, or our sending infrastructure at risk.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service itself. You retain ownership of your own content (offers, docs, campaign data) and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated research, targeting, and copy may contain errors — review before relying on it for decisions with legal or financial consequences. Email and domain checks and managed warm-up reduce obvious risk; they do not guarantee deliverability or inbox placement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDR Autopilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms? Use the public contact form (no account required). Account holders may also use in-product support when available.
